Intro

 

Meso Healthy is a full-spectrum CBD oil and topical brand located in San Diego. Their business was built on quality but was having trouble scaling in a crowded market where customers had been trained to accept cheaper inferior products. We needed to change the narrative around the importance of the quality of full-spectrum oil and the life changing results from MESO Healthy's products.

 
 
 

Insights

Consumer research identified that our target audience is health-conscious consumers who are looking for alternative solutions to their compromised health.  They deeply believe CBD was a key component to a better life.  It represents hope and a real path to healing and results.

Solutions

We shifted the MESO Healthy business model from a standard CBD company to an alternative wellness company that offered a holistic range of products, education, and coaching. We placed added emphasis on subscription-based membership to drive loyalty. From there, we built an emotional brand story around the results the founder’s family members achieved and their tribe. MESO Healthy gives you hope and helps support your body, mind, and spirit for a better life. We created a new visual identity and art direction along with premium photography that elevated the brand while introducing storytelling to connect the consumers to the heart of MESO Healthy.
